This show was rather unique in that only National Class bands performed. Earlier rain made tonight's show uncertain, but come 7pm the rain had (mostly) stopped. Just a hint of drizzle. (We learned later that nearby shows had been partially or completely rained out.) The rain returned to greet Webster and Liverpool, but everyone was able to perform.
