Hotline Instructions

1. Dial 234-8684
2. As soon as you hear, “Welcome to the WMBB information line….”, press the * key.
3. When asked to enter your pass code, enter 44 44. (Pause slightly between the first 44 and the second 44.)
4. You will then be told if there are messages in your mailbox. If no messages, press the * key and hang up.
5. If there are messages, press 1 to listen to the messages. After listening to the message, press 1 to repeat the message, press 2 to save the message, press 3 to erase the message.
6. Call back any person(s) who left a message that week and arrange to pick up their bottles.
7. Check the hotline 2-3 times during the week and on Saturday. Return the bottles and cans at any location (Wegmans, Tops, Hegedorns, etc). Receipts can either be brought to the next booster meeting and given to the chairperson or mailed to the chairperson’s house.
8. The week schedule is Monday – Sunday. Please be considerate and make sure the hotline messages are cleared before the next band member’s turn.
